1. When will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary by location. Estimated shipping times are:

U.S. Orders: 7–14 business days

International Orders: 14–31 business days

Please note that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our Track Order page or your shipping carrier’s website.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that delivery times may be longer and additional customs fees or import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please email us at GadgetGridOnlineStore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or a refund if eligible.
